ProRig Hardware offers a range of services and support to assist you in promoting and selling our range of products through your business. This includes our fully integrated online resource and ordering system. Providing factory swaged wire, post manufacturing, and indent ordering services. We give you access to knowledgeable staff with expertise in marketing, merchandising, technical advice, and product design. 

Online Resource and Ordering System
ProRig Hardware’s fully integrated website provides your business with a comprehensive technical and information resource centre which has been designed to assist you, your staff, and your customers in getting the information they need, quickly. Additionally, you can log into your account any time, check prices, create new orders, check order/ invoice history, as well as track dispatch and freight details, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Our website includes the option of displaying no prices (for browsing with your customer) or displaying your purchase price (when logged in).

Factory Swaged Wires
Our factory swaged wires enable you to supply your customers with a more professionally finished, streamlined, quicker and easier to install wire balustrade system.  We can factory swage wires from 2.5mm up to 16mm using our range of hydraulic presses. All our wires are packaged and labeled with your customer’s measurements for easy identification and installation. Most wires can be manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 days and all orders over $500.00 net can be dispatched anywhere in Australia by road FIS (Free into Store).

Choose from any one of our 6 standard ProRig or 2 Econ Wire Balustrade Systems by filling out our ProRig Factory Swaged Wire Order Form and we will take care of the rest. In some specialised situations, you may want to mix and match fittings to create your own system; ProRig Hardware can easily customise to your requirements.

Post Manufacturing
Round Posts: We have a comprehensive range of round posts available directly off the shelf. Featuring fully welded ProRail heavy-duty base plate and seamless welded top saddles, available in 1.6mm or 3mm wall thickness, satin grain finish or mirror polish. We have post styles suitable for both straight and stair sections to cater for almost any situation. Simply let us know your post style, hole sizes and spacing requirements by filling out our ProRail Round Post Order Form and we will take care of the rest. All orders over $500.00 net are dispatched anywhere in Australia FIS.

Square, RHS, and Flat Bar Posts: We have  a comprehensive range of Square, RHS, and Flat Bar Posts available. We manufacture these in-house specifically to your requirements. Simply supply us with your post height requirements, hole sizes and spacing requirements by filling out one of our ProRail Square Post Order Form

We can also cater to your special post requirements, simply send us you diagram and we can quote and manufacture to your needs.

Indent Ordering
If you use large quantities of a particular item(s) and can forecast your usage 3-4 months in advance ProRig Hardware can help cater to your needs by adding your requirements to one of our standard stock orders.

Marketing and Merchandising Support
ProRig Hardware has a range of branded display stands to assist you in the marketing of ProRig, ProRail , Croc products. We have product and balustrade wire display stands. Some of our products come supplied in hang-sell or branded packaging and we are constantly expanding the range. We can also tailor an in-store merchandising and branding package to suit your needs. Technical Assistance & special order requirements
At ProRig Hardware we have staff on hand with a range of backgrounds and expertise including product design, sourcing & selection, manufacturing, regulations, and marketing ready to assist your business. We can work with you on special order or new product requirements and employ the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) in the design process for accurate appraisal and product functionality before proceeding to the prototyping stage.

Packaging, Freight and Logistics Solutions
All orders over $500 net are delivered anywhere (by road) in Australia free into store (FIS) using a range of reliable couriers. We can deliver straight to your, or your customers door in either plain or ProRig® branded packaging with no paperwork. All products are professionally packaged with stock descriptions and items quantities. Please Note: ProRig Hardware is committed to supporting their reseller network and does not sell direct to end-users.
