Research & Development
At ProRig Hardware it’s our philosophy to continually innovate. We aim to be ahead of the curve within our industry and we work hard to keep abreast with new technologies and trends in both national and international markets.

A large part of this philosophy is transferred through to our research & development program. We have a team dedicated to improving and expanding our current product range as well as developing innovative product and service solutions for our ever-changing industries. We employ the use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) in our new product design process and we are able to work with customers on their new product requirements.

 

ProRig® Flip Toggle

Description: Flip Toggle Innovative wire balustrade stop end fitting for hollow metal posts.

Advantages:
Ultra slim-line appearance (with no visible fittings once installed) the ProRig® 'Original Design' Flip Toggle has been designed with installers in mind. This handy little stop end fitting not only looks good but can reduce installation time by as much as 50%. It is extremely versatile being suitable for horizontal, vertical, and angled stair sections and is suitable for use with multiple tensioning systems.

 

ProRig® Pro-RodSert / Pro-NutSert Systems

Advantages:
The Pro-RodSert System and Pro-NutSert System offer a more much sleeker hand swaged wire balustrade system than anything currently available in the market, with very limited fittings visible once installed. Both Systems work on the same principal with the Pro-RodSert System being suitable for use on timber posts and the Pro-NutSert System being suitable for use on metal tube posts using nutserts. The unique design of the system is also suitable for premium 1 x 19 wire rope; conventional hand swaged systems are restricted to the use of coarser 7 x 7 or 7 x 19 wire. These factors combined offer a much more slim-line and aesthetically appealing finish to any balustrade.

Essentially working on the same principal; the Pro-Sert System is suitable for use on timber posts using threaded inserts and the Pro-Nut System is suitable for use on metal tube posts using nutserts. The unique design of these systems makes them extremely quick and easy to install. These factors combined offer a much more slim-line and aesthetically appealing finish to the Balustrade.

 

ProRig® Café Blind Anchor Housing

Advantages:
The ProRig® Café Blind Anchor Housing offers an attractive and cost effective anchor housing to be flush mounted into a concrete surface eliminating any trip hazards while not being used. The housing suits multiple hook options for a quick connection to the blind. The fitting cam can be core drilled into a concrete surface and mounted using any HES grout. This makes for an extremely quick and easy installation especially when multiple anchor points are required. A maximum load of up to 900kg can be applied after just 24 hours curing time.
