This quick video tutorial will give you an overview of all the new features and benefits of shopping online with ProRig Hardware.  

NEW TO SHOPPING ONLINE WITH PRORIG HARDWARE

If you are a new to shopping online with Prorig Hardware navigate to the ‘Create An Account’ link at the top of the home page. Complete your details, agree to the terms and click continue.  Your application will be sent to our team who will promptly set you up with access to your online profile, which will give you access to your individual pricing structure.  If you already have an account you can login by clicking login link instead.

 
CREDIT FACILITY

If you would like more financial flexibility, apply for a 30 day credit account. This can be done by completing the online credit application.  Find this by clicking on ‘Credit Account’ in the main menu and completing the online application form.  

BULK ORDER AREA 

We have added a new Bulk Order area, which can be accessed via the menu bar.  From here you can search for new products or view previously purchased products and add them directly to your cart.  

You can make a product a favourite by clicking on the heart next to the description. These items will be saved as favourites and can be viewed by clicking on the green Favourites link.

Our Bulk Order area can also incorporate your own businesses product codes.  You can enter your corresponding product code in the Part Number column and press enter.  This will save that code on your profile and be searchable every time you log into the ProRig hardware website.  Likewise, we can upload your entire product range codes via a spreadsheet upload.  Speak to one of our friendly team for more information.

BALUSTRADE BUILDER

Another great feature of our new website is the Balustrade Builder.  This will provide you with instant online balustrade quotations.  From the menu bar choose Horizontal or Stair sections from the dropdown. In the next screen choose if the system you want is to be used with timber or metal posts.  From the dropdown box select the systems you would like a quote on.  

In the next section select yes if you would like to comply with NCC regulations, choose No if you would like to enter how many wires you would like per section. For this scenario I am going to select Yes.

In the next section enter the height, to the underside of the handrail.  This is the measurement from the floor to the underside of the handrail.  Measurements should be entered in millimetres.

In the next step you will need to enter the length of each section of wire you require.  This is from termination point to termination point.  Please take note of the diagram on this page, as each system requires difference points of measurement.

The balustrade builder calculates all the wire and hardware you will need for your project, and includes the labour charges to swage the fittings to the wires, for all systems except for the D.I.Y systems.

You can now add all the products to your cart with one click.  Just click the add to cart button at the bottom.

RESOURCES

Our site also features a huge library of resources.  From the main menu bar you can select Catalogues and Brochures for all our current marketing material and catalogues. The Instructional Sheet page has all our downloadable sheets on our most popular systems.  We also offer an image download facility via the Image Download page.  To access this facility you be required to sign our Use of Artwork Agreement.  Please contact our helpful staff for more information.

PAYMENTS

When you are ready to checkout you can pay either by credit card, bank transfer or if you have a credit account, select purchase order and we will put the order on your account.
